Personalised Items
For personalised items, Names can be submitted when going though the checkout process.
Please ensure all spellings are correct as we cannot accept returns for personalised items unless the item is faulty or not as requested.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping
All parcels sent within the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class. The shipping method can be selected at checkout.
International Shipping
All parcels sent outside of the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail International Standard. Shipping is applied at checkout.
Returns
RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your item. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
